Flowers for Kids is an international program designed to teach kids the basics of floral design, growing flowers, caring for cut flowers and why people give flowers. The program is free to schools and includes a little bit of science, art, sociology and psychology. Each classroom presentation includes the opportunity for every student to make a bouquet to take home, care for and enjoy with others.  Teachers love it, students love it, parents love it!   Garden Bouquet and Design has added our own twist to Flowers for Kids by offering to local assisted living facilities.  We know that everyone is a kid at heart, and we've seen firsthand how much the elderly in our community benefit from the creative process and beauty of working with fresh flowers.
