Kim Smith-Potts, owner of Garden Bouquet and Design, has lived there with her family since 1994 and has been growing organic cut flowers since 2000. Honeydale Farm Flowers is a member of the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers (ASCFG) and conducts annual research for the ASCFG’s national seed trials.
